What’s the purpose of the Automatic Leader?

We develop more effective leaders (and aspiring leaders) so that leadership becomes natural or second nature; something they do well, i.e. automatically.

How is the Automatic Leader different and better?

Most leadership development options today are canned courses. Popular alternatives are LinkedIn, Coursera and in-house LMS’s (learning management systems). Other less common options are live video courses and occasional in-person courses.

All Automatic Leader workshops are live and interactive; attendees fill in worksheets and engage in discussion, sometimes in small breakout groups. Each workshop is only one hour long, and sometimes less, which makes it easier for people to fit them into their busy day. Over time live workshops are recorded and available to view from the searchable library.

What makes the Automatic Leader particularly effective?

Our approach works because our students are learning, growing and improving … on a continuous basis.  Growth doesn’t come from occasional large learning events. It requires a continuous stream of mini learning events where what is learned is immediately applied in the workplace.  That’s why our workshops focus students on a handful of top takeaways that they can translate into immediate action.

What kinds of workshops do you offer?

We focus on growing soft skills like “Employee One-to-Ones” or “Handling Difficult Conversations” or “Building EQ”, and hard skills like “How to Leverage AI” or “How to Build an A-Team”.

The emphasis is on live and interactive including live workshops (subsequently recorded), live problem-solving mastermind groups, live book discussions and live tool training.

When are the live workshops offered?

Most live workshops are offered from Wednesday through Friday between 10AM and 2PM PST. Previously recorded workshops are available anytime from our growing library.

What’s the payoff?

Everyone knows that employee development improves performance, increases retention, strengthens culture and boosts financial success. Yet most organizations struggle to find development options that are affordable, accessible and effective. The Automatic Leader solves that problem.

Is Automatic Leader a good investment?

Heck yes, the ROI is huge. Consider that it’s available on an all-you-can eat basis for a very low monthly investment. No other leadership training option is nearly as affordable and effective.

Speaking of monthly, is there a contract?

Not at all, you’re welcome to leave the community and stop paying anytime you want.
